Phantom of the Opera tattoo

This is an idea I drew up for a Phantom tattoo a couple of years ago. I still really want to get it, probably on my bicep or thereabouts. I may tweak it a little, for instance, add a treble clef symbol and change the notes so that they're the beginning of a real song, like the Phantom theme from the A.L.W. musical, or perhaps the first notes of Mozart's Dies Irae. Something cool.
